A local court in Allahabad on Tuesday issued a notice to global search engine company Google, its CEO and India head for listing Prime Minister Narendra Modi among top 10 criminals in the world.

The court passed the order while hearing a complaint filed by advocate Sushil Kumar Mishra.

In the complaint filed, Mishra had alleged that Google search engine shows PM Modi among “top ten criminals in the world,” which is a huge disrespect to the Indian Republic.

The next hearing in the case has been scheduled for August 31.
