Mann Ki Baat is the special Indian radio Programme hosted by the honorable Prime Minister of India Narendar Modi in which he freely addresses the people of Country.

On this regard, PM Modi urges to record voice messages. The government platform named “My Gov” had earlier invited the interested to record messages in both Hindi and English in the toll free number 1800 3000 7800.

The host cum PM of India tweeted that, "Interesting effort by @mygovindia, which enables you to join this week's 'Mann Ki Baat' programme. I heard some of the voice messages and they were unique. Keep the messages coming. Some will be a part of the programme this Sunday.”

The initiative have generally started in the year 2014, owing to his wider reach where people do not have Televisions to watch his message, he choose radio which helps in wide spreading.

President of United States Barack Obama was the part of the Mann Ki Baat aired on January 27 2015, where Obama visited India on the occasion of Republic Day.
