Modi who lists first in the youth inspiring persons page also occupied one of the top ranks in the Forbes magazine 2015 list.
According to Forbes, Indian most desirable Prime Minister Narendra Modi stands in the ninth place listing out the World’s most powerful person.
Russian President Vladimir Putin tops the list. In the same Forbes magazine’s list of 2014 Modi stood at 14th place.
The list follows as so, German Chancellor Angela Merkel stands at second place. US President Barak Obama is in the third place. Pope Francis at fourth place and Chinese President Xi Jinping occupied fifth place.
Rest other places was filled by Microsoft Founder Bill Gates at Sixth place, US Federal Reserve Chairperson Janet Yellen at seventh place, David Cameroon UK Prime Minister at eight place and Google’s Larry Page at tenth place.
Another Indian after Modi is Mukesh Ambani at 36th position. Among Indian –origin NRI popular faces Steel Tycoon Lakshmi Mittal is at 55th position and Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella stands at 61st place.
