A Dalit student who touched the mid day meals utensil which was meant for non dalit student was being bitten by the teacher of the school.

Herman Jat, a teacher and a mid day meal in-charge at Government Secondary School in Berdon Ka Bas in Osian block of Jodhpur has ruthlessly beaten a student of class four named Dinesh Meghwal (11) on Thursday.

According to the complaint registered by the student’s father, the teacher was arrested and the educational department had also swung into the action and issued the orders of suspension.

As the student’s condition turning worse, he had been admitted in the Jodhpur’s Umaid Hospital where he was under doctor’s supervision. According to doctors report he is totally out of danger.
