Introduction :
The first ever female oriented film with seven girls as main leads is Angry Indian Goddesses. Directed by Pan Nalin it showcases the different personality woman and their nature, emotions, feelings etc. Platformed with contrast thoughts and ideology this movie will have a blast. Story :
This story is regarding seven Indian woman who have their own ways to live and how they face different situations with their courage and brave.
Firstly we will meet Freida (Sarah Jane Dias) who is an amazing photographer and has a madness of shooting the brands of fairness creams. Next comes, Suranjana Sharme (Sandhya Mridula) a corporate boss who puts back shame and even dares to take a swim in two-piece in her own office. Joanna (Amrita Maghera) who wants to discover herself in Bollywood films and tries her luck in few C grade films.
Pam aka Pamela (Pavleen Gujral), a Delhi based housewife who gets force from her in-laws to make family. MAD (Anushka Manchanda) is an upcoming singer who struggles for her sinking career. Lakshmi (Rajshri Deshpande) the most interesting character of all is freida’s maid. Last but not least Nargis (Tannishtha Chatterjee) is an activist who also has some important role.
These seven ladies meet together for a celebration but in ternm they face many difficulties. How do they overcome with enough braveness is the rest story.
Plus Points:
Cast is the main plus point of the film. The seven leads in the film acted in a very marvelous way they presented themselves extraordinarily. The way director focuses on seven characters and the place where whose character has to give the main importance was well displayed in the film.
Minues Points :
Slow narration, lag in the scenes and there are no such emotions or comedy which will make go awe.
Conclusion :
As it is a women oriented film it is a must watch movie which discovers real women in you. It is simply a must watch film.
