Bollywood Actor Vishal Thakkar has been in serious trouble after a noted TV Actress filed a complaint with police alleging sexual assault. Vishal, who has worked in films like Munna Bhai MBBS, Tango Charlie and Chandni Bar, has been booked by the Charkop police. The actor played the role of the suicidal guy in Sanjay Dutt’s Munna Bhai MBBS and was also seen in a few TV serials, but hasn’t been part of a big film till yet. However, his latest crime has made him grab headlines in all the media portals.
The actor has been booked at the Charkop police station and the senior Inspector of the police station revealed, “Vishal Thakkar has been booked for allegedly raping a television actress. A case has been registered against the Bollywood actor under relevant sections of rape and other offences yesterday.
”The victim, who is also an actress, has alleged that the accused raped her in his house, police said. The TV actress has been a part of several serials.
The police also revealed that an FIR has been registered against the actor under IPC sections 376 (rape), 420 (cheating), 323, 509 (word, gesture or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman) and 506 (criminal intimidation).
However, the actor has not been arrested yet but the investigation is going on.
