Priyanka Chopra who won the Miss World competition at 18 entered in the film industry and tasted back-to-back hits and now she is busy in the forthcoming American television thriller series named Quantico.
In Bollywood her stardom is akin to Angelina Jolie, and also one of the highest paid actresses of the time. Piggy Chops has won National Film Award which is equivalent to Oscar for the Best Actress.
Chopra 33, starred in more than 40 Bollywood films and also hosted a Indian version of Fear Factor. She is the first Bollywood actress to act in an American television series, nabbing the role of FBI trainee-turned terrorist Alex Parrish on Quantico.
“I never thought of my roles as a step to anywhere,” she says. “It’s not about furthering my career — it’s a way of life,” said Chopra. Priynaka had launched her music career in Hollywood earlier to this television entry.
“The music was new for me, it’s not something I always did, but acting is something I’ve always done. It’s in my blood. It’s what I know. I’ve done it since I was 17 years old,” told the Dil Dadakne Do actress.
