The Telangana Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has been granted permission to question TDP MLA Sandra Venkata Veeriah for two days in the cash-for-vote case. Sandra was arrested on Monday after questioning and produced in the court on Tuesday, where he was remanded in 14-day judicial custody. When the matter came up before the court today, the ACB opposed his bail petition and wanted his custody for five days for questioning. However, the court granted it permission to question Sandra for two days up to July 10 in the presence of his lawyers. The bail petition moved by him was heard today and the matter is likely to come up in the court on Thursday.
