The Supreme Court has dismissed the Cricket Association of Bihar’s plea on Friday demanding the disclosure of 13 player’s names in the 2013 IPL spot fixing.

At 2 PM on Friday, the application filed by Cricket Association of Bihar was mentioned before a three-judge bench headed by Justice T S Thakur.

Handing over the sealed cover with names of 13 players in it to Lodha committee will help the latter to understand extent of corruption in Indian cricket, says the secretary of CAB, Aditya verma.

The plea has claimed that if entire contents of third report are not handed over to justice Lodha committee, the effort and time spent by Justice Mudgal Committee and the investigation team would be wasted.
