In the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015, Bangladesh registered its second victory over Scotland by 6 wickets. In reply to Scotland’s 318, they scored 322 for 4 in just 48.1 overs. Four half centuries from Tamim Iqbal, Mushfiqur Rahim, Mahmudullah and Shakib Al Hasan constructed Bangladesh’s highest ever run chase. Earlier, a hearty batting display from Scotland enabled them to post their highest ever total, 318 in an ODI. Kyle Coetzer's heroic 156 was the first hundred by a Scotland batsman in a World Cup. With Today's win Bangladesh has equalised Australia in terms of points gathered in Pool A and are at 4th spot. The victory put all the pressure on England for their showdown with Eoin Morgan’s side on 9 March in Adelaide, with Bangladesh now on five points and level with third-placed Australia, while England have two. Both have just two games remaining to play.
