The opposition party Congress charges Modi government on being soft on terror attacks.

Randeep Surjewala, Congress chief spokesman said that signals continue to come forth that the Modi government is soft on terror as an 11 ceasefire violations have taken place in the first days of this month and the country has witnessed two blatant terror attacks in the past 10 days.

Ahead of NSA level talks between India and Pakistan, Narendra Modi had totally failed to deal with a hostile neighbor and not succeeded in evolving a well thought-out policy for dealing with Pakistan.

Rahul Gandhi, Congress vice president tweeted that, “Days after the Gurdaspur attack, militant attack on a BSF convoy this morning in Udhampur is extremely worrying.”

After Gandhi’s tweet, Surjewala said that Udhampur attack was with the aim of hurting Amarnath piligrms. “it is a deep rooted conspiracy.”

According to the reports, Pakistan has received a proposal to Pakistan between the National Advisors of the two countries on Aug 23-24.
