Captain Cool M S Dhoni surprised the cricket world with his sudden announcement of immediate retirement from Test cricket on Tuesday after the Melbourne Test. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) is planning to bring back Dhoni to India before the final test. India has lost the four test series against Australia 2-0. The third test in Melbourne ended in a draw. The fourth test will begin on January 6th in Sydney. Virat Kohli will lead India in the final Test at Sydney. If Dhoni returns back to India before the fourth test begins, his absence will be greatly felt in the dressing room. Dhoni announced his retirement citing the strain of playing all formats of Cricket and wanted to concentrate on ODI and T20 formats. The 33 year old wicket keeper played in 90 Test matches, 60 of them as captain.
