A Turkish man who prostituted his wife has been shot dead after she told her husband she'd fallen in love with one of her clients.
Abdulkadir Turan, 26, is thought to have forced his wife Cagla into having sex with other men for money.
But when Cagla told Turan that she was leaving him for one of her clients, a row broke out and ended in the pimp being shot dead in Istanbul.
Turan would travel around the city of Istanbul taking her to visit customers, and collect the cash himself.
But when she fell in love with one of her customers, identified only as Sahin T., and spent the entire night with him, allegedly telling him she did not want to go home because her husband beats her.
When the angry pimp banged on the door in the early hours of the morning demanding payment for the overtime, he also demanded his wife back.
When Sahin refused there was an argument, and Sahin and a friend were seen banging on the window of the pimp’s car on CCTV footage before Sahin pulled out a gun and fired several shots.
Although Turan was speeding backwards in the black car with tinted windows, the bullet struck him, leaving the pimp critically injured and dying a short while later as his car crashed at the side of the road
The attackers then turned round and ran off.
The Istanbul Police Department confirmed they had arrested the wife Cagla Turan as well as Sahin and three men that were with him during the shooting.
