Suruchi Foods from Tapeswaram Village in East Godavari District has become very famous after offering Laddoo as Prasad to Kairthabad Ganesh since five years. The owner of the Suruchi Foods says that, in the year 2010 they have first offered 500 kilos of laddoo.

They made a documentary on the preparation of laddoo and presented it to the Governor Narsimhan that year. After experiencing good result, they started increasing the weight of the Prasad for every year.

In 2011 it was 2400 kilos, in 2012 it was 3500 kilos, in 2013 it weighted 4200 kilos and in 2014 it was 5200 kilos. The specialty of Suruchi foods is to design the Prasad in a different look which attract the viewers.

Without using any chemical the preparation will takes place and one more significant feature of the laddoo is, it will not smell or change its odor till 6 months from the date of production.

In 2015 the weight of laddoo is 5600 kilos, for the making it took 380 kilos of Cashew Nuts, 100 kilos of Almond Nuts, 33 kilos of Cardamoms, 1100 kilos of Ghee, 2425 kilos of Sugar and 1563 kilos of other flour.

Along with the owner, ten other members have struggled very hard to complete it within 2 days. Preparation started on September 12th and finished on 14th. The design of the Prasad has done on 15th, on 16th the Prasad has been transferred to Hyderabad, on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi this laddoo has been presented at the Ganesh statue.

This is how the famous Prasad of renowned Ganesh will be made.
