Former MLA dies after Hunger Strike

Second time hunger strike lead to his death. The former Janata Dal MLA, Gurusharan Chabbra who was on a month long hunger strike fro a stronger and independent Lokayuktha in Rajasthan and liquor ban was died on Tuesday.

Chabbra, 70 after putting on ventilator left the world leaving his hunger strike vanish.

Chabbra started his strike on April 1 last year and dropped on May15 from the strike after the government representative promised him to fulfill his demands.

With no sort of response he again decided to continue the strike and started it on October 2nd on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanthi and took his last breath on Tuesday.

According to the reports, no government member has visited him whle he was on hunger strike and no oppositions and promises were made by the government.  

No one except two ministers from government side visited the hospital after declaring him death.

Not even the Rajasthan CM Vasundhara Raje had not responded to the social cause strike and not even responded after his death.
