Andrabi under police for celebrating Pakistan I-Day

Dukhtaran-e-Millat (DeM) Chief Andrabi was booked for hoisting Pakistan flag and for singing Pakistani National Anthem on Pak I-Day at her residence at Srinagar on August 14.

BJP state unit president Jugal Kishore Sharma has asked the J&K government to take action against lone separatist woman leader Asiya Andrabi as she addressed the Lashkar-e- Taiba or Jammatud-Dawah activists at Lahore via phone on their Independence Day.

After hoisting Pak flag at her residence at Buchpora at Srinager many of the Andrabi’s supporters gathered to observe the Pak I-Day celebrations at her home.

The J&K police have registered case against her for the controversy by her telephonic address to Jamat-ud-Dawa (JuD) rally in Pakistan which was also attended by JuD chief Saeed who is accused of masterminding in the Mumbai terror attcks in 2008.

Srinagar SSP Amit Kumar told that, “We have registered a case against her for hoisting of Pakistani flags, we are verifying other things and if anything is found that would be added to this FIR.”
