The Mumbai Cricket Association curator Sudhit Naik on Sunday withdrew his case against Ravi Shastri which was filed after India was defeated by South Africa.

The fight between both of them was resolved by the vice president Dilip Vengsarkar.

Naik had filed case against Ravi saying that he has abused him after South Africa defeated India in the fifth and final ODI at Wankhede Stadium on October 25th.

Vengsarkar said that he asked both the former players to bury the matter and also said that the clash is the result of the ‘misunderstanding between the two former Mumbai Players’.

"Both shook hands and Mr. Naik decided to withdraw the letter written to Mumbai Cricket Association," Vengsarkar said in a statement.

Today BCCI will hold its 85th Annual General Meeting in Mumbai.
